A social security disability hearing is a non-adversarial process and it’s a question-and-answer forum. It is informal and it gives an opportunity for the judge and your representative to ask you questions about why you feel that you can’t work anymore. It is designed to be a fact-finding hearing that is supposed to be more laid back to allow people an opportunity to tell the judge exactly what is going on with them from the health perspective to make them feel a little bit more comfortable discussing those issues with an administrative law judge.
We focus our practice on handling Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Veterans’ disability claims for individuals and families in the Northeast Ohio region.
We are passionate about our work, and our firm has helped thousands upon thousands of people since it first opened.
